The client wanted to open a new coffee and book shop in São Paulo.
The company chose a 1930s house to occupy.
To accomplish that, it was necessary to restore the entire façade of the building and adapt its traditional internal space to the company’s needs.

Responsibilities
My responsibilities were to manage the entire execution of construction drawings and specification of materials and finishes suitable for the brand’s visual identity.
I also carried out constant site inspections to ensure the project concept was executed correctly.
